Alligator Pizza
Dutch oven cooking is as popular now as it was centuries ago and today’s cooks have discovered that

Very easy and very tasty pizza recipe that you would want over and over again; a dish that you prepare,
serve to your guest on dinner parties and impress them with your cooking skills! Very easy to make yet tons of
unique flavor in every bite, enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 Italian bread shell (boboli)
1 c Alligator meat; chop
7 1/2 oz Prepared pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
2 c Cheddar/Jack cheese; shred
1/4 c Bell pepper; chop
3 tablespoons Onion; chop
1 tablespoon Green onion; chop
1 tablespoon Garlic and herb seasoning
Cooking Instructions:
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Cooking Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Put the bread shell on an ungreased cookie sheet then spread evenly the sauce.
- In a small bowl add together the creole seasoning and alligator meat then mix very well.
- In a Dutch oven add and saute the alligator meat together with the bell pepper, green onions, onion
and veggies until tender.
- Spoon the meat mixture over the pizza sauce then top with cheese, garlic and her
seasoning.
- Let it bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the crisp and cheese melted.
- Serve.
