Bologna and Cabbage

1 lb Bologna
8 c Shredded cabbage
4 Potatoes cut into 1/2" slices
4 Carrots, sliced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2/3 c Beef bouillon
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
- In a large Dutch oven combine together the bologna, cabbage, potatoes,
carrots, bouillon then season with salt and pepper. Adjust according to your
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the Dutch oven in the oven, uncovered and let it bakes for about 40
minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
